We welcome new members anytime! Each member of the APH adds to the talent and diversity of interests, backgrounds, cultures and perspectives that make up this stimulating international organization and supportive community. Annual dues for a 12-month membership are $200 USD.

Members may access the resources and educational materials on our informative Website, share experience via the email-based Listserv and online Forum, attend a stimulating and resource-filled annual conference, and network in a variety of regional and committee activities.

Join APH Now
Membership dues for a full year are $200 USD. The quickest way to become a member is to use our online Membership Application Form. As soon as your dues have been received and your membership application processed, you will be sent information about accessing the Members' Area of the APH Website and subscribing to the APH Listserv. You will also get an email with information about accessing the APH Forums. If you prefer, you can download and print the Member Application Form ( pdf) and mail it with your dues payment. Your full year of membership will begin as soon as your payment is processed.
Rejoin APH Now
We welcome former members! If you used to be an APH member and want to rejoin, the process is similar to the 'Join APH Now' application process above. Instead of creating a new account, login using your former email address even if it is no longer active. You will be able to change your email after you login. If you forgot your password, click on the link to request a new one. If you prefer, you can download and print the Member Application Form ( pdf) and mail it with your dues payment.
