Registration Deadlines

In honor of APH's 20th anniversary, for this year only, former members and Friends of APH will be able to register at member rates and receive the early registration discount through August.
  • Early Registrations: July 1 - 31
  • Extended Early Registrations: August 1 - 31 *early rates extended for Former/Friend only
  • Regular Registrations: September 1 - September 30
  • Late Registrations: October 1 - October 15
  • Last Minute Registrations: After October 15

Registering Online for the Conference

Registration is entirely online again this year. It's fast and easy. You can register online starting July 1. You can pay electronically in US $ using your credit card via PayPal OR pay by check or money order by clicking on the payment link on the confirmation page that summarizes your fees. The PayPal link or instructions for mailing your payment will appear. For all registration questions, email Marty Walton, Registrar.

Join APH First, Then Register at Member Rates and Save

APH offers three membership options for new members: Full Membership annual dues $200; Associate Membership annual dues $150; Introductory Membership annual dues $125. Read about the benefits of membership. You can take advantage of a full year of membership and lower registration rates. We encourage those new to the conference to join APH prior to registering. Very shortly after you pay for your membership, you will receive a welcome email confirming that your membership has been activated. At that point, you can register and get the discounted member rates.

Partner/Guest Information

Registrants can bring guests (spouse, partner, friend, or family member) who are not participating in the conference to meals or social events at the listed rates. Please check the "Guest box" on the registration form and add the name of your guest(s), along with any food constraints. Applicable fees will be included in the final amount due.
Note: Those wishing to attend any program sessions must register separately as a conference attendee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund total if a full-time registration is cancelled on or before Wednesday, September 23. Cancellation of a one-day registration will incur a $50 penalty. As of Thursday, September 24, our hotel commitments are binding and no refunds are possible.

Volunteer Activities

APH could not pull off such a huge event without the help of its skilled volunteers. There's no better way to get in on all the action than to sign up as a volunteer when you register. Specific details will be communicated prior to the conference, but please sign up to help.

Pre-Conference Seminars (optional)

You have an opportunity to attend one of three in-depth, full-day pre-conference seminars on October 21, 2015.

Enrollment is limited, and fees are discounted during Early Registration (July 1-31).

Photos for the Conference Directory

Registrants are often seen flipping through the photo directory and making notes. As you meet new people at the conference, you can put a face with a name and make notes—"talked with Sue at lunch about new digital recorders"—that help you remember everyone you met. Even after the conference, the directory remains useful to jog your memory about participants on LISTSERV.

Conference Photo Directory 2013

For APH members only, we have a new online feature to upload your head-shot photo for the Conference Photo Directory. This new process will take care of the naming conventions automatically, which makes the process easier for you and much more efficient for APH to create the Conference Photo Directory. Please upload your photo now or no later than Tuesday, September 15. This upload feature was added to the "My Account Menu" so you can get to it at any time.

For nonmembers, we still can accept photos via email. No later than Tuesday, September 15, please email your photo to cj Madigan, our Conference Photo Directory designer. Your photo should be 300 dpi .tif or high-resolution .jpg (minimum 2 by 3-inch portrait-style headshot, B/W or color). Please use this filename format: lastname-firstname-2015-imgc.ext

You'll be glad you participated when you see how useful the photo directory is. A bit of warning: if we don't receive your photo, we'll substitute a rather boring silhouette for your smiling face.
