APH could not pull off such a huge event without the help of its skilled volunteers. There's no better way to get in on all the action than to sign up as a volunteer when you register. Specific details will be communicated prior to the conference, but please sign up to help in one or more of the areas shown below.
Gloria Nussbaum will oversee on-site registration on Friday. She needs volunteers to assemble registration materials in kits on Friday morning, November 8. During registration hours from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, we'll again need help. Shift scheduling ensures that volunteers will have time to attend the Orientation Session and Welcome Reception. Please note your interest in volunteering on the registration form. Please contact Gloria Nussbaum for information about the various registration activities.
Marty Walton will oversee online registration. During the conference (Saturday-Tuesday), Marty will be the contact person at the registration desk in the APH Store. For help with online registration or special activities (Salon Sessions, Community Circle plans, etc.) during the conference, please contact Marty Walton, Conference Registrar.
